Q. How do I order?

Q. Is there a minimum to order?

We ask to order in quantities of one dozen or more on our deserts (except cakes) and two dozen or more on mini cupcakes.

 

Q. How much do you require deposit?

A 50% deposit when placing your order with the balance due on the pickup date.

 

Q. How far in advance should I place my order?

Your order can be placed up to 2 months in advance and must be placed at least 10 days in advance from date of pick up date.

 

Q. How far in advance should I modify my order?

We would like to create and concentrate on your orders as much as possible. To have ample time to design and work with you to fulfill your order the way you desire. We kindly request any modifications to be made no later than 5 days prior to the pickup date.

 

Q. How can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be received within 5 days prior to pick up date. We cannot cancel an order after that time due to the fact that all orders are custom made and preparations for the sweets have already been begun.

 

Q. Can I customize my order?

Yes, please do! We love to and pride ourselves in each individual order. We are ready to meet with you to design your order accordingly to your specifications. Our desserts are handmade, therefore decorations and finish will very.

 

Q. Can you make my wedding cupcake?

Yes. We would be happy to work with you to make your special day as "unique" as possible. Cupcakes for wedding have been a huge hit. Guests enjoy the convenience to grab and enjoy each individual cake.

 

Q. Can I order as a gift for someone?

Yes. We will be happy to create a gift for your special someone. Please provide us with the name of your recipients and personalized message so the recipient knows who sent them the sweets. In addition to the name of the individual who will be picking up the order. We will take care of the rest!

 

Q. Can you make favor boxes?

Yes. We can crate and design all our sweets. Favors make great gifts for your wedding, shower or corporate gifts for you employees and clients. Your guests will take home a memory of your event even after the party. We will personalize and themed your favors boxes and individually wrap them with matching ribbons.
